Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lexaily ("we", "us") handles information collected through this marketing website and the demo-request form. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, approximate unit count, and the property-management software you use.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, referring page) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To contact you about your requested demo and answer your questions.
- To understand which businesses are interested so we can tailor the walkthrough.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
Data processing & the Lexaily product
The Lexaily booking-engine plugin is built around first-party data: the leads and guest profiles captured on a customer's WordPress site belong to that customer. When you deploy Lexaily, you act as the data controller for your guests' data, and we act as a processor on your behalf under your configuration and any data processing agreement we sign with you.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery), and where required by law.
Retention
We keep demo-request details for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, reach us through our contact page.
