Built by vacation‑rental people,
for vacation‑rental people.
Lexaily is booking recovery and attribution software for vacation rental operators. It is built by Zima Enterprises, a team of UX developers with 20+ years in the vacation rental industry.
We kept watching ready‑to‑book guests disappear.
After 20+ years building booking experiences for vacation rentals, we saw the same two problems on every site. Guests would search, find their dates sold out or nothing quite right, and leave, taking their intent with them. And the operators paying for those visits had no reliable way to see which marketing produced an actual booking.
So we built Lexaily to fix both. It captures the guests who leave and follows up by email, and it sends each booking's revenue to the analytics operators already use, so they can see which marketing earned it. That is the WordPress plugin, on Track PMS. For operators on Guesty, we build standalone sites that capture leads and count every booking hand-off.
Two principles, baked in.
Direct bookings belong to you
Guests should book with you directly, not through a third-party portal. That means no OTA commission on those bookings, and the guest relationship stays yours.
You should own your data
On the WordPress plugin, every lead and funnel event lives in your own WordPress database, on your hosting. On a standalone site, it is kept in your account on our service, and it is still yours to export at any time.
Built to add the next PMS.
Underneath recovery and attribution sits a normalization layer that translates each PMS into one consistent language. It is the reason one engine runs on Track PMS and on Guesty, and the reason adding the next PMS is practical rather than a rebuild. If you want the engineering tour, ask us.
