What's inside

Recovery up front. Proof underneath.

Lexaily gives vacation rental sites booking recovery and attribution. The WordPress plugin captures guests who leave, follows up by email, and sends every booking's revenue to Google Analytics and Google Ads, with the tracking set up for you. Each feature below says where it runs.

All features

Exit capture

When a guest starts to leave, a prompt captures their email with the dates and the home they were looking at. On the plugin it offers a price alert or a reminder for their dates, and the lead lands in your WordPress database. On a standalone site, leads land in your Lexaily portal, where you log in to see and export them.

Recovery emails on autopilot

Four kinds of email go out on their own: a lead follow-up, a price drop alert when the rate falls, up to three abandoned quote recovery emails that stop once the guest books, and a reminder to finish an incomplete booking. Lead follow-ups and abandoned quote recovery are part of the recovery add-on.

Booking revenue in Google Analytics and Ads

Every booking is sent with its value to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which credit the channel that brought the guest. You see which channels earn bookings in the accounts you already use.

Funnel and recovery reports

Every visitor gets an ID and a session, and their searches, property views, and quotes are recorded in your WordPress database. Your dashboard shows where guests drop off and the revenue recovery won back.

Booking hand-off counts

Guests on a standalone site finish booking on your existing booking engine. There is no channel attribution; Lexaily counts every hand-off in your portal instead, by home, by month, and by where on the site the guest clicked Book.

Standalone sites

Tracking set up for you

On the plugin, a setup wizard walks you through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads, with a ready-made container to import. On a standalone site, our team adds your Google Tag Manager or Google tag IDs.

PMS sync

On the plugin, Track PMS rates, availability, photos, and property content sync in, and confirmed bookings are written back to Track. On a standalone site, Guesty listings, photos, amenities, availability, and rates sync on a schedule, and quotes come from Guesty's own engine.

Search built for rentals

Guests filter by dates, guests, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and pets, and land on the right stay fast.

Direct booking checkout

Guests book on your own domain: quotes against your availability, promo codes, and card payment through SlimCD, with the booking written back to Track PMS. Card data is handled by SlimCD, not stored by Lexaily.

Favorites and nearby places

Guests save homes to a favorites list. On the plugin, each property page can also show a map of nearby places you choose, such as restaurants, beaches, and trailheads, on OpenStreetMap or on Google Maps with your own key.
